The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator are responsible for monitoring Scottish Registered Charities.  All Charities in Scotland are required by law each year to submit annual accounts and an annual report detailing the activities of the Charity within each Charitable Year.  MBEEDS (Scotland) are required to report on 31 March of each year.  Each Charity is entered onto the Scottish Charity Register to prove that they are a legally registered Charity in Scotland.
