Members of the Board of Management (BoM) make all executive decisions towards the development and future direction of MBEEDS (Scotland) and are therefore granted with the status 'Member of the Authority [MA]' as indicated by their identification badges.  The BoM are responsible for the writing of, and implementation of all policies and procedures.   The BoM shall not consist of any less than three active members at any time.  The BoM are responsible for the recruitment and selection of all future Trustees and Volunteers (external or internal).   A requirement of members of the BoM are that they are working towards or have obtained a qualification at SCQF Level 7 or above [HNC, HND and or degree].
